I have terrible posture so i found this shaper to be very helpful
Instead of making me feel stiff and weird the posture correcter made me feel more natural in my movements
It also helped support my bosom and to all of use well endowed girls thats always a plusthe only issue i had was right under the bra in front where it dug pretty deeply into the skin
im a yoga instructor by night so im gonna include a quick explanation of how to keep good posture at the end of this review—just in case youre interestedhowever the reason i love this brace is twofold first of all if you have slouched all your life like me years of rounding your shoulders has allowed the muscles and tendons to tighten and actually shorten so we have that awesome neck bump and sexy slouch now
