It has an information leaflet on different sizes from different shoe makers and explains the differences in size from different companies and countries.

However, it did not include the reference shoe size chart for a number of different uk shoe retailers which was promised in the description.

It also provides no guidance for measuring width of feet despite noting in the instructions that this is important in getting the right fit.
