Back to bricks and mortar for this item. Really disappointed given all the highly rated reviews for this product.
These are just flimsy bowls with a cheap stainless steel coating that isn't applied evenly. The bowl itself is not stainless steel. The bowls were packed carefully but carried a very intense metallic smell.
Two out of the 5 lids are not airtight. There is no indication of whether or not the lids can be cleaned in the dishwasher. One of the bowels has a weird crack at the top like as if it was just and a new peice installed.

The plastic lid get stained easily if you use strong spices such as turmeric

The plastic and the ones with rubber bases are easy to get moldy and turn black over time

I kept breaking my glass mixing bowls and needed some non plastic non breakable bowls

The lids were not my main reason for purchasing but keep that in mind if you really need the lids to be tight because for the most part they are not
