The only difficulty was if you lift it up to stir your food and you tip your hand too much it will tip the splatter screen back onto the handle

It is well constructed unlike any other splatter screen i have ever seen

I like it very much the only time is spatter when i have to left it to turn the meet or seafood but i lower the temperature before that so it will not be so bad
