Pros

Nice color, firm stuffing. The pockets are great, especially the side one. The material is very smooth. They're so soft and comfy.

Sit against it, pull in the side arms, and nestled in for a comfortable night of tv viewing. Even the extra button-on piece can be a neck or lumbar support. The arm rests are such life savers for my elbows to rest on.

I have a bad back and this backrest does it's job well. It gives his back so much more support. I am convinced it helped me heal much quicker than would normally have been expected.

Cons

The pillow is in no way memory foam, it is random foam. On the 24 inch my head just sits leaning on the bulk of the cushion. The stuffing is small chuncks of foam that i sink in because it cant hold a shape.

This is less than six months old and looks like garbage. Very disappointing.

It looked a little disappointing when i took it out of the box but it filled out perfectly overnight

Out of the packaging you have to do a lot of work to decompress the stuffing and fill it out

Was packed in a pretty small box considering how it looks now
