I love that this has a simple twist off lid.

Prebiotic/probiotic" is a preventative treatment for ibs. Taking 1 a day after the eating helps with digestion. Ibs sufferers should take ibs at least once a week.

Each capsule provides 20 billion cfus of 10 different strains. Each pill contians 20 billion cfu of their blend of ten live cultures. At 20 cfus, these capsules contain an effective amount.

Cons

The bottle i received contains different ingredients than those on the image posted here. It is not usable with these different ingredients. Less than desirable taste while swallowing and heavy aftertaste.
