Especially as the staff still ask for tips even for putting your luggage in the storage and then for taking it out again and were quite rude if you did not give them one

This charge means that i did not tip the cleaners because i felt this should have covered all of this but im sure the staff dont get to see this which is a shame

Wifi is super slow and you have to reconnect every time you enter the hotel
