I did not know what a fine balsamic vinegar tasted like compared with my grocery store brand so i rarely used it

This is a small bottle for the price but its organic grapes are heavily sprayed and contain high levels of industrial residue so organic is important when it comes to balsamic and its pretty concentrated in flavor given how thin the viscosity is
