Pros

It tastes a little sour however it really lowers your sugar. After dinner my bs is usually around 170 after 2 hrs. Little low for a 2 pill dosing but still does what it's meant to.

Cons

The dosage of berberine is very low only 100mg but zinc is very high so taking many is not an option. I am very disappointed with this product and will discontinue using it as it did absolutely nothing for me. Placebo or completely ineffective to lowe... Read More
