Pros

Great product for lowering blood sugar and blood pressure. Small enough to have proper quality control and not just crank out millions of supplements with no regard for quality. It's important that i can reduce my blood sugar naturally.

I read that the ceylon cinnamon and berberine combo revved metabolism to burn fat. Ceylon is the most bioavailable cinnamon. Berberine is a combinatin of barberry and goldenseal, a very potent healer in and of itself.

Cons

Tastes terrible. Could of end up in a diabetic coma. They require a feedback to send out a free bottle.
