Pros
Thick, sweet, but mostly a rich balsamic flavor without the bite or aftertaste. In a beet borscht it adds both depth and sweetness.
Olivers & co premium balsamic vinegar of modena delivers high quality product for a modest price. It has a rich taste with all the flavor of balsamic vinegar but you do not get the strong vinegar zing with this oil.
Excellent, full bodied. Nice texture. And it truly is! It is marvelous!
The product got good reviews from quality sources i trusted. It's pricey, but worth every penny. No other compares with this one.
Cons

This was expensive but there are aged balsamics out there for six times the price so i expect to pay more for excellent quality
