I have been a little hesitant on making the switch to silicone  baking  pans thinking they are not going to last because i surly go through metal pans like crazy i hate how the stuff gets burnt on the pan then you have to scrap it off and usually scratch the pan then its junk because you scratch off the no stick coating well i was
