This is a well-made stainless skillet, and we like it very much. Extremely durable. Great addition to our lives. This skillet has a sizable cooking surface.

The stainless on the exterior is very nice and washes and dry's without staining. Easy to clean even with burnt food. Much healthier to use because it is stainless steel.

Lid should have had an air vent. There is no way to tighten the screw to prevent the knob from spinning. Heat's unevenly and hard to control.

Our fault for failing to do a thorough read of unbiased reviews. The seller is awful at responding. However, buyer beware.

Cooking bacon, it becomes obvious the stamping cannot hold the as it heats, the bottom warps and becomes dish-shaped. As another reviewer complained, the oil sits in the middle of the pan and the pan becomes overly hot.
