    When i opened the bottle the seal was broken so it was partly unsealed i took the seal off to find one of the pills was empty from its casing

    My regular diet is not anything unusual from what i have eaten all my life meat veg oats ethnic foods so the at the onset of this ibs several years ago i tried going through all my foods by eliminating one then eating it but the end result was always the same
