For the longest time, I've dealt with feeling lethargic and just dull throughout each day while going about my normal work and household routines. I stumbled upon this product while looking for other vitamins and supplements on the Amazon website. I have been suffering from debilitating and severe brain fog and fatigue for going on 2 years now and although I am starting to get better very slowly with a very strict diet and supplement regimen, this product is by far the most effective thing I have tried in two years. This is the strangest product that I have ever tried. I was a little bit trepidatious trying it because of the way it looks, smells, and tastes (from what I read by other reviewers). However, before purchasing I did some research on this product and I realized that it has been used for a very long time by many people native to the area of Nepal. Think of trees and how they produce resin or sap and then use that mental imagery to imagine the same thing being done with rocks. This is basically a mineral wax or resin which has been called rock sweat by some. It is produced when the heat of the sun causes the rocks in the mountains to weep, which may be made of biological and geological components within the rock. This is mainly found in the Caucasus mountain area and has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries. It has to be refined a little to remove impurities and to make sure the mixture all one consistency. Once that is done what you get is what you see in this jar: A brownish-blackish paste that resembles tar and wax. It is full of vitamins and amino acids, including A, B, C, and P, and other trace minerals. I used a pea-sized amount with natural honey and let it dissolve that way. It was very bitter but mixed with the honey it is palatable. I would recommend dissolving it in some water and then mixing that with honey. It does take some scraping to get it out of the jar, but I find it is very malleable and easy to work with once you scrape it out. I really loved the chocolate bar as well: It was rich, fatty, creamy, and had the bitter undertones that you would expect from a dark chocolate. I have only been taking it for a few days, but I did notice a feeling of peace and tranquility and I think my sleep was better. After I took it I noticed a burst of energy.
