After reading a few pages i was hooked. The simple language and illustrations to support a point. It is very informative.

Disappointed with the book. The audio version has one major flaw-no chapter names in the table of contents. Makes it impossible to quickly find the appropriate meditation.

The problem is you first need to get past the first two chapters which are basically a commercial to sell the author and his book that you have already bought
