Ive tried tulis heavy duty gel heel cups that have a waffle type of cushioning on the bottom and those did not really help my heal pain at all i saw these and decided to take a chance and wow these work great and really reduced my heal pain resolved long time pain issues highly recommended these are great to wear with sandals
Use heavy duty velcro to hold them to the shoe and move them to another pair whenever you want to
