At the moment you insert fit this insert the arch support will be very high and render your shoes unusable. This arch support is still not high enough for me. It' will not usable for your normal size of shoos.

I was able to easily remove the manufacturers insoles from my shoes and replace with these ones
If you remove this liner your feet will sweat more easily because they are then exposed to the cushioning foam of the footbed

I would always have sore feet if standing for more than an hour and these are the only thing that helped
