Pros
The large capacity holder is much more environmentally friendly than the 4 packs that came with my devices. It makes a huge difference in battery life. I consistently get 4 1/2 days of use before they need to be replaced.
Cons
Out of every 8 batteries appear to be faulty. Barely lasted more than 24 hours. Seems like changing batteries every other day. Batteries lose power in 2-3 days.

Packaging/appearance
The packaging is so easy to get one out at a time and see how many are left.
There have been some dead batteries out of the package but not as many as duracell that i used to use.
Competitiveness
The powermax hearing aid batteries work well and are less expensive than other types.
When compared to other brands i have tried, including duracell, these last a lot longer and have superior volume and tone.
They last slightly less time that energizers but less than half the cost.
I run my hearing aide fulltime (10 to 12hrs per day) and as of 3.

These are for an amplifer not a regular hearing aid, so only used occassionly.
