Pros
It's encouraging to find a company that not only stands by its products but makes an effort to track down those who have defective products and makes it right. Works great with my v6 slim.
The battery is 4000 mah as it should be vs the 3500 mah that i got the first time for some reason. This is much closer to the performance of the original dyson battery so i'm happy! Hopefully it lasts a while.
Cons
This battery is not worth purchasing. It's such a disappointment considering the product isn't that cheap. Don't buy knock-off battery.

The battery was as advertised but then suddenly went completely dead less than 6 months in with light use (once a week).

When removing battery for return i discovered a sticking inlet valve on vacuum was cause of intermittent operation rather than faulty battery.
