Sturdy and strong. Great grip. Compared to cheaper balls these are much better.

The correct pump is 'intex 11-1/2 inch double quick mini hand pump' here on amazon. Measure a good chair or put your adjusting desk chair to the right height and measure it in centimeters and inches.

Sitting on it would deform it from a sphere to a more oblong shape. The ball also gets lopsided and does not retain a consistent round shape. When you sit on it, it feels mushy.

The ball is marked as a 65cm however after 24 hours it inflates to well over 65cm so i think it may be marked the wrong size
