It did not really occur to me to use crossfit for all of my fitness programming, i had gotten to the point where i was trying to figure out how to keep increasing my running mileage, without feeling exhausted every night; i finally realized that i was hitting my head against a wall, and that what i thought was correct, was wrong instead.
