Because i've tried that kind of book before and it doesn't work for me and i think that's exaggerate and impossible especially when you have to read computer technical books which need to translate source code line by line.

In chapter 1 after the test, states that the average person reads about 225-275 wpm (250).

Chapter 31 says that the experts say it's impossible to read over 900 wpm.
