Seriously though it pours beautifully heats up nicely and the large base means the heat on a gas stove can be turned up higher without the flame getting too far out and cooking the handle

If the knob was taller or the steam holes werent right next to it you wouldnt have this issue

Ive been prone to leaving it on the stove with water still in it for days at a time and while i dont necessarily recommend this it hasnt seemed to harm it
