It is too thick and hard, so it's not comfortable for me. Hard as a rock. Waste of money. That's what she said' zippers are no good.

This product works perfectly and the cooling feature was exactly what i was looking for
It’s comfortable and i’m able to keep my knees bent while i sleep because my knee locks if i sleep with the straight
The only down side is that even with the strap it does not stay in place all night

I prefer not to use the strap on it but the other cover without the strap is a bit more comfortable for me

My parents had bought a different brand of one of these and suggested i try it so i purchased this one assuming it would be better because of the gel as they complained that the only issue is that you might sweat in your knees

It was my first one so i really appreciated the amazon reviews that suggested to get one with cooling gel so the pillow did not make you hot great advice

I agree with one of the previous comments that indicates that the zipper isnt of the highest quality

But i just try again when it splits and carefully rezip so that the pillow case is held in place properly after a wash
