Pros

I'm not sure this is a proper use of the post buddy, but at my age, i figure they will outlast me. These are awesome!

All you need is a sledge hammer (4lb works), appropriate screws, and an optional level. Go in fast, drive them down and drive in some 2-1/2 fasteners. Better than demoing fence and replacing posts from scratch.

Fence buddies are wonderful to straighten leaning posts. Fixed 2 posts temporarily from wobbling. These are very sturdy and will work great until i can replace the posts.

Cons

They work great and sure it beats having to dig out a post stub and concrete plinth

This type of fencing is a pain to fix needing whole sections to be taken down to affect even small repairs

After a few days i removed the temporary support and filled the hole with dirt up to the top of the concrete

Price

These bars have saved me a lot of money

Added years to the life of my fence for a couple hundred dollars rather than paying several thousand to have it replaced

Rebuild my fence is not cost effective

A little bit expensive for what they are

Shipping

If needed i would suggest ordering extra to avoid paying for shipping again a mistake we made

They took quite a while to get here and are expensive but i find them worth it

Packaging/appearance

Added three post buddies to each of the two rotten fence posts in my garden

Competitiveness

I bought these instead of another similar product because these looked easier to use
