Pros & Cons
Pros
The kit comes with 4 straps which would be enough to repair 2 fence posts. Very sturdy. I expect this repair to last many years. This is a good stop-gap measure to replacing posts until we're ready.
It was constructed properly with a concrete curbing that was rounded at the top to prevent water from rotting the posts.
This product works as advertised. Highly recommended and a clever solution.
Cons
Did not work for our needs, a flimsy metal 1 wide strip makes no sense on how it will support and fix a 6' tall fence post. Waste of money and installed correctly. Best to check the condition of the wood post before ordering.

So easy to install and my fence is sturdy
Had my kids pull and push to test sturdiness and it passes
One of my fence posts completely rotted through where it meets the ground
Product works great in reinforcing so long as post isn’t completely rotted through down into the concrete
