I walked outside wearing it and the wind whipped it - that's why i thought if it had the snaps/ties i mentioned, it would not have whipped open along the sides in the wind as it did.

But if you’re looking for something that wraps around you, it doesn’t have sleeves so the sides are completely open (as in an actual poncho).

I’m not sure how that works with sherpa but it definitely doesn’t look the same.
