I’ve heard a lot of good things about tart cherry for many things including help in getting a sound sleep. I’ve only started using it, but the capsules are easy to swallow - even though they’re pretty big! You take one per day around meal time. I don't have muscle cramps or trouble sleeping (most of the time), but the idea that tart cherries can improve the immune system, strengthen joints and improve digestion and nutrient absorption all sounded good, so I was happy to try this item when it was offered by Amazon Vine.I can't tell yet whether anything is really better than it was before, but maybe as time goes on I will see an improvement.Meanwhile, it's good to know that I have found an item that improves general health and reduces inflammation without the negative effects of turmeric--which can be dangerous for some people as has blood thinning effects as well anti-inflammatory effects.I like the tart cherry supplement, and recommend it.  Read Less
