Pros
Quick and effective cleaning. Takes a little discipline after the job to fight the urge to just wrap the brushes in plastic but cleaning with polycell doesn't take long and is not too messy. Cleans brushes quickly and effectively.
Very well packaged for safety and protection. Will purchase again. Minimum effort and maximum result.
Cons
Might be the same colour, but it is called brush cleaner. Ended up resorting to white spirit as just haven't had time to send it back.

Easier to remove paint than spirit

It breaks down the paint on the brushes which can then be washed in soapy water to bring the brushes nice and clean

Its a bit like swarfega hand cleaner in that respect it not only acts like a solvent on oilbased stuff to break it all up but then allows it all to be washed of with water
