Cons
This was shipped twice and lost, en route, both times. Instant regret. They charge the original shipping, you pay the return shipping and then they charge a really old fashioned 10% restocking fee for an unused unit.
The lines * very easy and the flow will stop working. The little connectors from the pad to the other tube leak pretty often even with changing the o-rings. Next, if reset itself to 10 on and 10 off.

We had a problem with the product soon after the warranty expired
The gel packs are a waste of time and do not last long enough to be therapeutic

They sent thr cord overnight and it arrived in record time
The pump went out on our unit which i think is rare and the company overnight shipped us a new unit
Even though i bought it on amazon they quickly sent a power cord and timer after it was missing from our cooler initially
The cooler arrived without the power cord i emailed the company and received a email and telephone response almost immediately
