Also i have to keep reinmstalling the polar program on the computer because it doesnt recognize the usb when i plug the watch in to download information

You do need to remember to plug it into a pc quite regularly to download the data or it gets full and cant hold any more

It comes with really clear instructions on how to fit the wrist strap to your wrist and on how to set the android app up to work with your tracker
