I love the watch it tell u everything but the hart rate monitor is not accurate
Posted by a reviewer on Amazon
When i tried fitbit and whoop in particular i really struggled to get on board with them due to their reliance with wrist based heart rate readings which are so inaccurate when you are doing high intensity sessions hiit conditioning even traditional strength work meaning the insights you get from them based on the hr data are just not very helpful

The polar ignite fails in the same way if you just use the wrist based heart rate reader i have tested it many times and it does not capture the correct hr on runs and hiit sessions leaving the calorie and other metrics skewed
