You dont know how much you miss something like microsoft paint till you cant use it chromebrowser only

This is perfect if you have a desktop but need something portable or if you dont use any extraneous programs and just need something to browse online with or work on

And if you need offline files simply use a thumbflashdrive or microsd card which are quite cheap these days and store tons of data

Also many of the chrome apps and extensions are usable offline once synced with your device so the computer is still quite usable without an internet connection
