You have to take the blank to a quality locksmith with the right tooling

Even a good smith will probably have to work at it for an hour then do not forget the chip

I was dont want to suggest it is safe but to heat the old key after carefully gutting the top carefully cutting then new key bottom shown by the red laser in the pics after removing the old took 5 mins

The old will be shaped like a t if removed
