Pros
The range of dimming is pretty wide and does exactly as it should. This dimmer is also $38 cheaper and doesn't require a pricey lutron elv dimmer. This is an electronic power supply that can be plugged into a wall outlet.
This unit gets both thumbs up on engineering. Has been installed and working for months now.
Cons
This product is garbage. Lack of usable contact information greatly detract from the rating. From a ham radio perspective these units are extremely noisy and block many communications frequencies.

Competitiveness
Bought this to pair with a lutron pd6wclwh dimmer switch for our kitchen under cabinet table lights
Coupled with some dimmable g4 led’s this is exactly what i needed
Works as described is able to be used with a lutron caseta lamp dimmer acheives full range of dimming
I bought some dimmable led strips tossed out the included power supply and dimmer and hooked this up with a lutron caseta dimmer

Once the other florescent valance was replaced with an identical unit and led strip lights it provided full dimmable range

Obviously the interference from the ballasts cause the unit not to dim the leds when the florescent was still wired to the dimmer switch

If you have it in an attic or basement or crawl space or cabinet out of the way you probably will not have a problem but definitely would not want it where it can be heard such as underneath the cabinet

I ran it for a few minutes under a load with the buzzing and the unit did not seem to get overheated

Overall for the price it is a great unit the only reason i gave it four stars was because of the buzzing under the load
