As others have mentioned when using with sawyer because apparently the sawyer squeeze is now manufactured to not be squeezed lol the threads dont line up and it leaks

I have sent one back after using for about 1 year everyday it got a small rip in the side

It can mate well but its pretty tricky to get right usually it will leak if you dont get it perfect which is less than desirable for a dirty bottle by the end of a 6 day trip i had the trick to getting it mated well down but its not as easy and just screwing it on

If you could hear air escape then remate the threads slightly there was a very small spot where it wouldnt leak
