Pros

It appears denser than the youtube videos i watched, but the better i become at the process- i’m sure that will lighten up. Not as strong sourdough flavor but still good. Worked fine in my recipe for focaccia.

Cons

I purchase thinking it was a 4 or 5 ounce package to make several loaves of bread - was stunned to find i had paid 4. Maybe the product was handled improperly at the warehouse. Dry expensive scam. Way to capitalize on covid-19.
