Update 6917not sure which side fixed the bluetooth issue but after a few ios upgrades and at least one plantronics app update the bluetooth freezing problem is gone

However using it with iphone 6s tends to freeze the phone dialer app when making phone calls if the phone was brought back from locked state

This may be an issue with iphone but then i also have an older bluetooth headset and it doesnt have this problem

A couple of things could be better inserting the mini usb jack in the earpiece is kinda stiffhard and i keep thinking it will get easier as it breaks in but it hasnt yet

The other thing is that it came set up for right ear use and seems that removing the hook and reversing it would make it left ear usable but the hook seems on there quite well and im afraid of breaking it trying to get it off
