This is the best landline phone headset i ever purchased. They are lightweight and not bulky so is comfortable to use.

Cons
In a noisy environment, the headset picks up conversations 15 feet away from the microphone and relays that noise to a level that is distracting. Other noisy environment sounds are similarly picked up by the microphone.

You need the right adapter which is plantronics 3854102 and they work marvelously well with iphones

It doesnt come with a mute or volume control button but those you can control with your laptop anyway with the click of a mouse
