Set up was straight forward as long as you are familiar with the blue tooth settings on your phone

Just ordered another two for my daughter in lawsone each as i have one and my wife has one alsothe speech or sound that you hear is as good as any mobile phone has to offerthey are a nice size not to small as if any bigger they start to become heavy after a period of time which you would get fed up wearing and defeat the reason for going hand free which if you’re doing something with your hands ie cooking or gardening you can still talk providing your phone is say 30 feet near your person

Not once have i had anyone say they couldnt hear me clearly and i can always hear the caller very clearly
