Pros

The plantronics discovery 975 bluetooth headset is a great sounding headset. The sound is clear and the other party does not have any problem hearing me. Noise removal is excellent.

Charging remains the same, battery works fine. On one hand the charging case with the battery is very helpful with keeping it charged, but it's size is a bit thick for the pocket.

Cons

Ear peice is very difficult to fit in ear. This earpiece never fit right. After owning this device for the last few months is that this is a poorly constructed earbud that is overpriced.

This one works great is easy to set up has good distance and battery lasts

Dual pairing isnt a problem it is paired to an iphone 5s and a lg g3 and it can receive calls and send without an issue

Had my previous plantronics bluetooth from 2008 until 2015 when it could no longer hold a charge

Amazon support resolved the problem incredibly quickly so overall no complaints at all

Regardless i got this in the courier delivery yesterday unpacked it plugged it in to charge then plugged it into my ear

The item was received timely and as expected

My only gripe was with shipping and thats not a product issue
