As others have noticed they dont make a particularly good seal in your ears and the true quality of the sound can only be gleaned by pushing them right in to your ears

One of the drivers had some distortion after 13 months i contacted manufacturer and they arranged immediate return and replacement

Microphone for calls isnt great if outside and if ambient noise is very loud and you want noise cancelling then these aren’t ideal as dessigned so runners can hear ambient noise to stay safe
