They stay in and can handle heavy sweat and movement not the best sound quality for calls and 810 for music but you get bose over ear headphones for that

I wish plantronics would make an easy extender for the ear buds so as to be able to increase the loudness for when you really want to rock out

I bought the plantronics backbeat fit training edition sport earbuds because i have had issues with just about every type of earbudsheadphones due to my sensitive ears

The subscription to pear training is nice however i was under the impression that this headset would track my heart rate and interact with the pear app
