These are planter's peanuts, as you expect. They are dry roasted so there are no other oils involved. Unsalted dry roasted nuts aren't as easy to find as salted.
Great handy snacks always handy for company. Sold in 12 at $50. Locally, stores sometimes stock this and sometimes not.

I usually pay about 3 a jar for 16 oz of unsalted dry roasted peanuts

The unsalted peanuts are always fresh and arrive carefully packed
Packaged well in plastic they’re fresh and won’t go bad for a while these will last for a very long time
This is sold in a box of twelve 1 pound plastic jars
A few of the jars were slightly dented in shipping but not enough to be unsightly or compromise the integrity of the packaging

Doesnt taste nearly as good as the regular dry roast but thats largely due to the salt and stuff being taken away to make it healthier

Just pop them in a steamer for a minute or so and then salt them and let them dry
