These sleeves also helped me with arch pain they supported the bottom of my arch

There are 2 of these heel sleeves i only use one and after about 2 12 months of constant wear it broke

I only wish it would also help with walking barefoot but it doesnt so i have to wear oofos flipflops in the house goes against our custom of wearing shoes in the house
