Very painful foot condition that takes it’s own time to heal (from 1 week to 6 months apparently) almost impossible to walk initially.

I had been getting foot and very painful heal pain (probably plantar fasciitis) since lock-down maybe caused by wearing trainers rather than proper shoes since working at home - who knows.

It’s taken about 2 - 3 weeks to go from 10/10 pain to almost 0/10.
