The insoles are very uncomfortable and gave me blisters. The arch support is too hard, left my arches painful and bruised.

Very painful foot condition that takes it’s own time to heal from 1 week to 6 months apparently almost impossible to walk initially

These insoles are designed for the job… so no claims made to actually cure or shorten healing time

I had been getting foot and very painful heal pain probably plantar fasciitis since lockdown maybe caused by wearing trainers rather than proper shoes since working at home who knows
