Pros

Life changer. It gets in deep without being too rough. It has a softer material but doesn't mean it doesn't do the job right. I prefer how dense the material is.

Breathe deep and try to relax & roll. It is definitely more rigid and pokier but that is what my legs and hips need as an avid runner.

Very sturdy, does not bend like a foam roller. Highly recommend.

Cons

It was charged for 12 hours, as instructed, but doesn't stay on. Definitely not for beginners.

The inside plastic tube is too thin and is prone to cracking. I weight 168 lbs and it started cracking shortly after two months of daily use. That is until it cracked 3 weeks after i bought it.

The foam is just too soft and the nubs are too small. The item is too rigid and the hollow design is borderline evil. The only good thing is the smooth part for the spine.
