Pros & Cons
Pros
The texture of the joystick allows for better control of focus point selection. The replacement grip seems to be working perfectly fine.
The nikon brand winder for the d500 is $400 to $450, so getting this one for about $80 is an amazing deal. It's very professionally packaged with a nice box, bubble wrapped grip, a small black pouch for the aa battery tray and instructions.
