For example i used a ceiling fan mount menards 20 and the trick is to make absolutely certain that you get a stud finder and locate 2 ceiling joists once you mark where the 2 studs are in your ceiling make sure the ceiling fan mount is centered in between the studs either screw it to the ceiling or just place the ceiling base of the pole in the center of the ceiling fan mount and tighten the pole until it becomes difficult to turn

Only reason why im not giving it five stars is because part of it does come undone after spinning on it for a while in spin mode

However you have to be on it for about 2 or more hours for it to start happening

Weve completely unassembled it and then reassembled it hoping to maybe find what the problem is and nope

Ill wash my hands before using it ill use pole grip anything and its still pretty slippery even with grip
